Responsibilities
You will be responsible for executing all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media management, and email marketing to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Work with and support marketing strategists, content creators, designers, and developers to build high-performing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Use platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to track performance and generate reports.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and content strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and brand managers to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Utilize Asana or other project management tools to organize and track tasks effectively.
- Continuously test, analyze, and refine marketing strategies for optimal performance.
Required Skills:
- SEO & SEM: On-page & off-page optimization, keyword research, link building.
- Paid Advertising: Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Social Media Marketing: Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Content Strategy: Experience in crafting engaging blog content, ad copy, and social media posts.
- Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Marketing Automation: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
Ideal Qualifications:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.
📅 Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
