Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading all social media activities, including content strategy, engagement tactics, campaign management, and performance analysis to drive brand growth.
- Oversee content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement strategies across multiple social media platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of social media executives, content creators, and designers to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to maximize engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Monitor trends and stay ahead of social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and external partners to enhance brand reach.
- Utilize social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer) to schedule and analyze performance.
- Generate and analyze reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.

Required Skills:
