Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading all e-commerce activities, including store optimization, product strategy, digital marketing, and analytics to drive revenue growth.

  • Manage and optimize online stores across platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and Amazon.
  • Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce strategies to enhance conversion rates and sales performance.
  • Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement SEO, PPC, and social media advertising strategies.
  • Optimize user experience (UX/UI) to ensure a smooth and efficient online shopping journey.
  • Monitor customer behavior, sales trends, and market insights to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other e-commerce analytics tools to track performance and improve results.
  • Lead email marketing campaigns, retargeting strategies, and loyalty programs to increase customer retention.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and customer service teams to enhance the overall online shopping experience.

Required Skills:

  • E-Commerce Strategy: Expertise in online store management, sales optimization, and growth strategies.
  • Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising for e-commerce.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Experience in improving website performance and user experience.
  • Product & Inventory Management: Ability to manage product listings, pricing, and stock control efficiently.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention: Experience in using email marketing, retargeting, and customer loyalty programs.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, e-commerce, or a related field preferred.
    📅 Experience: 4+ years in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online sales strategy.
